Macgamestore.com and Digital Clay Studios last week announced the release of The History Channel's Lost Worlds for the Macintosh.

It costs US$19.95 and a 60-minute trial version is available for download.

Lost Worlds is a puzzle game in which you go on a treasure hunt through exotic ancient locations like Mesoamerica and ancient Rome, looking for artifacts. You examine hidden images, puzzles and secrets. The game features more than 60 levels and multiple game mechanics.

System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.4 or later.
