Call Recording Software Updated for Skype

Ecamm Networks has introduced Call Recorder for Skype 2.3.

This new version is compatible with the recently introduced Skype 2.7 release. It also includes a new two-track video recording option, enhanced video recording quality, and fixes some minor issues.

Call Recorder (US$14.95) adds a recording window to Skype for Mac, allowing users to automatically save exact recordings of all incoming and outgoing Skype calls. Calls are saved as QuickTime files, which can be converted to MP3 format or split into separate tracks for further editing and podcasting.

The software uses state-of-the-art AAC and H.264 encoding to ensure high quality audio and video at a minimum of disk space.

A demo is available free of charge from the company's website.
