TweetMag, an iPad app that turns your Twitter feeds into a Flipboard-style digital magazine, has been updated to include Readability integration and faster performance.
The updated offering from Teehen+Lax debuted Friday in the App Store. The most-prominent new feature-aside from speedier performance-is the ability for users to make a "TweetMag" out of their Readability account. Users can also create a magazine out of items marked as "favorite" on Twitter.
TweetMag now offers three different ways of viewing articles within the app-Web view, a simple article with related Tweets, and the article without the accompanying Tweets. The app can also be modified to include or exclude Twitter accounts from outside your normal feeds-and you can now post Twitter comments directly from the app. (See the video below for a guide to TweetMag.)
TweetMag currently costs $3, and is compatible with iPads running iOS 3.2 or later.
