A Holiday to Remember: Downloads for Digital Photos

It's that time of year when our digital cameras work overtime. But what are you going to do with the dozens--perhaps hundreds--of photos of loved ones opening gifts and dogs playing in the snow? You could use an expensive photo editor to perfect your photos and create your own holiday cards, or you could use Web sites to create (pricey) photo gifts, as PC World photography expert Dave Johnson describes in Parlay Your Photos Into Holiday Cards and Calendars. Or you could download one of these free or inexpensive photo tools and have fun while easily make your photos look their best. Whether your portrait needs a little TLC or your best snaps were taken with a low-res phone camera, there's something here to spiff up your snaps. You can add festive digital frames to your images, create your own slide shows, or turn them into lovely holiday cards and album pages.
