Windows 7 was the big news, but PC World's readers didn't stray from the old favorites: security, utilities, and free stuff. Norton's a name that folks will pay for--or at least check out in a trial version--but all the others in October's top ten downloads are freebies. And although Windows 7 is certainly a draw, finding Tweak UI on this list tells us that many are sticking with XP for now.
