Description of Smart Attendance Management System
Features of this product: * Works in Client/Server mode so that any teacher or admin can login from remote machine and enter details in the database stored on the server. * Maintain Course details, Teacher details, Student details, Session, Branch, Subject details and the students subscribed in the subject. * View or Print subject report on a daily basis and mark students attendance in the same. * View User defined reports. This is a very rich feature in the sense it can present you five types of attendance reports which you can then print or save it for later purposes with cutoff and sorting criteria also specified.The five report types are: 1. Subjectwise report 2. Sectionwise report 3. Redmark list (subjectwise and sectionwise both types of report) 4. Student basis report 5. Deleted subjects report These reports can also be sorted based upon different criterion of the report types. * Subscribe (register) or Unsubscribe (unregister) students from the course at teachers will. * Submit report to the head of department etc. via e-mail. * Also send SMS to the students guardians or parents on their mobile phones, about the status of their students. * You can also import and export students from and to excel spreadsheet file into the system database. * Compact and repair errors in the operational database and reduce its size to a maximum compression. * Backup and Restore database to and from *.nbdb files on different locations.
