Description of Microsoft Code Red Bug Patch
A worm, dubbed "Code Red", exploits a bug in the Windows NT4 and Windows 2000 Index Services. This may result in your site being defaced with the message "Hacked by Chinese!" along with a link to http://www.worm.com. Upon infecting your system, the worm attempts to propagate itself to other systems on the Internet. This patch both closes the security hole and repairs damage if your system has been infected.
