Description of InTask Professional
InTask was designed to help team leaders, developers and QA personnel to share their efforts and deliver the products on time. Team leaders can arrange all that is needed to be done in a hierarchical manner, give it a priority and dispatch it to the developers. At any time, the work progress can be measured and if needed you can load balance the tasks. Developers will automatically get all their relevant tasks and once completed, will be able to send it to QA and receive feedback. QA personnel will automatically get all tasks that need to be checked and when finished,l be able to set the status and remarks about the quality and send it back to the developers. A task is never completed unless both QA and development set its status to Complete. What's more? You can watch tasks history , attach relevant pictures and documents, send email notifications. At any time a variety of reports can be reviewed and print to share with other people. Reports can be created and edited seamlessly using our state of the art reports editor. For time-sensitive oriented projects a full blown outlook-like calendar is available for creating tasks and appointments. InTask also integrates perfectly with MS Outlook 2007 - Users can right-click on any message within Outllook and simply send it as a task to the InTask system or ask InTask to track that message - automatically collect all the replies and arrange the message thread to one concentrate report.
