Description of DivX Pro Video Bundle v5.1
DivX compression technology compresses digital video so it can be downloaded over DSL or cable modems in a relatively short time with no reduced visual quality. After downloading DivX Bundle, you can download full-screen, full-motion videos in the .divx format.
In the DivX player, you can stretch the screen horizontally and vertically to whatever size you want. Another feature is a validator that checks that files with the .avi extension are 'authentic' DivX files, then changes the extension to .divx. You can also start playing movies files before the download is complete.
This version offers interlaced video support.
