Description of eMailBoss
Receiving 100 to 200 e-mail messages every day, each with varying degrees of urgency and importance, can be an organizational nightmare. eMailBoss helps you to organize the flood of e-mail by sorting messages by categories, from VIP to Junk Mail. It will sort your e-mail into folders such as Office Mail, for those messages coming from the same domain as your address; Follow-Up for messages marked for a response; and Junk for the e-mail that is not addressed to you by name and does not fall into one of the other categories. You can set separate alarms, using any WAV file, for each type of e-mail that you receive. eMailBoss can also speak the sender's name and subject for important messages when they arrive, and delete e-mail by setting expiration dates on a folder-by-folder basis.
