Duration of ownership: 1 Days
Strengths: More through than most. Tried Auslogics Disk Defrag and it ended after less than a minute and it needs 12% free space to operate. System Mechanic's Defrag seems to malfunction; and Microsoft's Defrag, well, do I need to go there?
Weaknesses: No PC shut down option after completion.
Overall Evaluation: The best I have used that is available in open source.

Strengths: setting it to automatic mode and allow it to determine the appropriate strategy
Weaknesses: doesn't have a computer power down feature that it can execute after defragging. also, since it is the freeware, there are no updates for it.
Overall Evaluation: really nice and reliable. the geeks that engineered it really put a lot of work into it.

Overall Evaluation: Good prog. Does what it says on the tin. Very configurable. Better than a lot of paid for defraggers. Use it and see for yourself.
