Here's the scenerio: It's early evening, you need to back up your system or network, and you have a 7:00 p.m. dinner reservation. You could always leave your PC on all night, but that's dangerous: After all, anyone can come into your office after you leave, or before you arrive the next morning, and access all your private files. So what can you do?
Let AutoDown come to the rescue with its ability to shut down your computer at a predetermined time. All you have to do is estimate how long a task will take, then start the program, click Set Shutdown, and enter the time that you would like your computer to turn off.
