Description of Clip Strip
Have you ever tried to send some interesting information from a Web page to a friend or coworker only to have all the information becomes badly formatted? Or have you ever wanted to get just the text information from a page but all the formatting got in the way?
Clip Strip is a Windows utility that allows you to convert the contents of the Windows clipboard into plain text. All formatting--such as bold, italics, and underlining--as well as any images or other graphical data will be stripped away. Clip Strip works well when you want to copy information from a Web site and paste it into an e-mail message or into a new word processing or HTML document. You don't have to manually remove the original formatting.
