Description of CuteZIP
This file-compression utility is at least as easy to use as popular frontrunner WinZip, but it costs $9 less. CuteZip's main window has an easy-to-understand toolbar with the expected New, Add, Extract, and Preview buttons, plus an Install button that opens and runs setup.exe files within archives. CuteZip's standout feature is its double-paned Navigation window, which makes it especially easy to look into archives and add and extract files from them. CuteZip can encrypt files with 96-bit encryption or more secure 128-bit encryption and can create self-extracting encrypted files that users need only a password to extract. The right-click contextual menu offers almost as many choices as WinZip does, but you can't compress and mail files with one click, as you can with WinZip.
