This is the Bush Administration's draft plan, released on September 17, 2002 by Richard Clarke, the president's special advisor for cyberspace security. It was assembled with input from small and large businesses, trade associations, the technology industry, government agencies, and academia. The Bush administration is accepting comments and scheduling town hall meetings in preparation for the final draft.
