SafetyBar for Outlook (formerly SpamNet for Outlook) filters e-mail for spam by adding "Block" and "Unblock" buttons to your Outlook client. SpamNet also record details about your spam and sends that data to Cloudmark, which adds the information to a database they maintain to further fight spam.
