The program monitors each transaction of your Web, e-mail, and DNS applications from your PC to your modem, across the Internet, to your ISP, and back. When there's a problem, the program isolates it to a specific component of your unique Internet path. Then, you'll get a detailed prescription text to help you resolve the problem. MyVitalAgent also can provide an Application Report that shows you a high-level overview of how each application has performed over the course of a day, a week, or a month.
