If you've ever tried to troubleshoot a PC problem over the phone, you know how difficult it can be to do. Remote Administrator is a remote-control program that enables you to work on one or more remote computers from your own. You see the remote computer's screen on your monitor either in a window or full screen. All your mouse movements and keystrokes are transferred directly to the remote computer. Remote Administrator includes File Transfer, NT security, Telnet and Multilanguage support. Remote Administrator works even over a modem connection.
