Description of GluedOn

Do you get bumped offline when you're not using your Internet connection? GluedOn keeps your connection up by "crawling," or simulating Internet activity. The software searches for Web pages and visits them, making it impossible for your ISP to know it's not really you doing the surfing. This program is adware, which means it makes money by forcing you to view ads; on the other hand, it is free.

Note: This software has been discontinued and is no longer supported by the vendor.
