Fresh Diagnose scans your system and gives you a complete report about your computer's hardware and software, including mainboard information, video system information, PCI/AGP buses information, peripheral (keyboard, mouse, printer, etc.) information, and network information. The program tests your system performance, such as CPU, hard disk, CD/DVD ROM, and compares it with other systems.

  Strengths: What works is trivial view of system.

  Weaknesses: Benchmark is not enabled. Must go to website to enable. Web site sells drugs and phoney products. Web site puts adware on your computer.

  Overall Evaluation: Software is not what is claimed. Has trivial functionailty. Claims free registration will enable other features. Web site is dangerous. Stay far away from their web site. PCworld should not have this software offered here.

  Strengths: Fast, comprehensive, has many easy-to-find tests...small file size, fast load/install time

  Weaknesses: does not tell me the specific chipsets for various devices, does not let you copy and paste text from information boxes

  Overall Evaluation: I would recomend this to any person who likes to know what is going on in their system...I feel that it is very comprehesive and complete...also, you cannot skrew up your system in this app because it is an accessor, not a modifier.
