Evil, thy name is Messenger Service ads. The latest mutation of unwanted pop-up ads, Messenger Service Ads can pop up onto your Windows desktop even if you don't have a browser pen. (They're the ones that look like gray-scale Windows alert messages.) Message Subtract is specifically designed to block these sneaky stealth ads from getting through in the first place.
