Description of W32.SQLExp. (Slammer) Worm Removal Tool
This tool removes the "Slammer worm," more formally known as W32.SQLExp. The virus targets the systems running Microsoft SQL Server 2000, as well as Microsoft Desktop Engine 2000. It sends a file to your SQL Server Resolution Service Port which causes a Denial of Service attack.
