Description of Symantec Security Check
Find out if your PC is infected with this free online tool. Symantec Security Check uses Norton's latest definitions to find if your PC is infected by a virus or Trojan horse. After scanning completes, you'll receive a detailed analysis with your results.
Although the tool will scrutinize your system's files, it will not examine compressed files. Also, it won't fix the infected files; to do that, you'll have to install Norton Anti-Virus.
The following link will take you to Symantec's site. Once you click "Scan for Viruses" Symantec will check your computer's configuration and scan it for viruses.
