    Duration of ownership: 6 Years

    Strengths: Incredibly user friendly with lots of options and it is FREE. It has never crashed.

    Weaknesses: None. Fits my needs.

    Overall Evaluation: I love it. Before I retired, I had every computer in my company using it. After all of these years and I still think it is the best. I recently downloaded a very reputable and highly rated print key program and uninstalled it before I had to buy it.

    Strengths: Select rectangle for copy to clipboard - great feature. Copy directly to file without prompt for filename - handy.

    Weaknesses: Crashes every once in a while - just restart it.

    Overall Evaluation: Have used for many years - great application.

    Duration of ownership: 3 Years

    Strengths: Price! Where can you get such a great product for free? It has everything that we need and more. We are a non-profit organization and use it exclusively for screen captures and support submission issues. If you are looking for a screen capture program that is simple to use and always works just as expected then this is the one for you. The professional version is even better and worth every penny! We use this version to make tutorials, print screens from our programs for reference, save program setups and more.

    Weaknesses: On a rare occasion we have to reset the registry settings, but what could be better than having that built right into the product? Nothing! It is built in and like the rest of the program, works everytime.

    Overall Evaluation: Download it and use it. You have found the best there is. 200 + users in our organization depend on it and would happily join me is saying "THANK YOU!:"
