Description of IEScroll

Researching for anything online can make you long for a way to navigate the profusion of browser windows from your keyboard. This little utility gives you a "page to next IE window" key. It elevates the lowly (and rarely used) Scroll Lock key from disuse, converting it to an IE-specific window-switcher.
