Description of TreeSize Professional
If your data is expanding like something in a petri dish, it's time to decide what can go and what can stay. TreeSize Professional combs through every folder to show you what the folder contains and how much room it takes up. It'll also tell you when it was last accessed and who the file owner is, so you'll know when it's time to gently ask your co-worker to transfer his fifteen years of office fantasy-football league stats to some other computer. You can also search for easier targets: old, big, or temporary files.
Learn the NTFS compression rate and other useful information to help you determine the best way to store a folder. Print out detailed reports, or export them to Excel, HTML, or ASCII files. But if it's ease you're after, you may just want to launch it from a folder in Windows Explorer. You can use any Explorer function from within the TreeSize Professional interface.
