Description of RefreshForce

Flickering monitors can make your eyes ache, no trivial matter for all of us whose livelihoods depend on computers. Refresh Force lets you adjust your monitor's refresh rate to comfortable levels, no matter what graphics card you use. Many such utilities offer the option to increase the refresh rate, but this is one of the few will let you lower it if you prefer. This program installs in a one-time execution and does not require restarting to take effect, so you can see the results right away.
