Collaborative software and videoconferencing help your meetings go more quickly, but do you ever wonder who else might be watching? VIA3 is the only e-meeting service that offers SSL encryption in a standard product--and the only one that offers the stronger AES encryption at all. VIA3 lets you have a meeting of up to 25 attendees. The program lets you collaborate on documents, marking up Office applications on the screen while you talk over video, audio, and text IM.
VIA3's software is free. Attending a meeting is free, but to host a meeting, you must subscribe to the monthly service.
