  Duration of ownership: 5 Years

  Strengths: One of the many strengths SpywareBlaster has is the blocking lists. Another very important feature are the Controls and Update tool.

  Weaknesses: For a FREE Tool, and thank you for it, It has no weaknesses worth mentioning...If I could find one. SpywareBlaster works by updating your Restricted Sites list with known malware/virus/spyware/keyloggers/porn/advertising/bho's...like I said, all things bad...lol.

  Overall Evaluation: This is one of my "Top 5 Installs" after each and every re-format I perform.

  Overall Evaluation: I have been wondering and trying to troubleshoot why my browser was scrolling to the bottom of the page and not letting me scroll back up to the top on all my open tabs, i cleared all private data, restarted, disabled addons and stared in safe mode with networking and on any browser i used it happened, maybe not at first but eventually, i tried to undo anything i'd done to my laptop recently and the moment i went to spyware blaster and disabled protection for my browsers i was able to move my browser pages up and down again, im now uninstalling spyware blaster because that's a frustrating problem to have and no info on it online anywhere that i could find.

  Strengths: Low usage of system resources.

  Weaknesses: none so far

  Overall Evaluation: I've been using SpywareBlaster for several days now, after my paid subscription to another popular program ran out. So far, it seems very effective. It is not causing any PC problems at all, and the cool thing is that SpywareBlaster does not have to run in the system tray to be working. The program seems to have very minimal usage of system resources. It prevents spyware from getting into your system in the first place, and I can always run spyware scans using other programs to remove anything that might get through. I'll rate SpywareBlaster very highly so far.

  Strengths: NONE

  Weaknesses: MESSEDUP WINDOWS XP BAD. HAD A HARD TIME GETTING THIS SYSTEM OUT OF MY COMPUTER. OTHER 2 SPYWARE SYSTEMS THAT WORK GREAT SHOWS THIS SYSTEM IS SPYWARE.

  Overall Evaluation: TERRIBLE, TOOK A HOUR TO GET MY COMPUTER BACK TO RUNNING GOOD AFTER DOWNLOADING THIS SYSTEM. BEWARE THIS SYSTEM WILL CHANGE REG.AND MESSUP OTHER PROGRAMS IN YOUR COMPUTER

  Strengths: huge data base and don't use resourses it stands guard while other programs run and dont affect them

  Weaknesses: none that ive found except wish it would notify when needs updated as sometimes forget.

  Overall Evaluation: have this in several computers aand is first thing i put in one i'm setting up. this is best little free program on market

  Strengths: A large database excellent program if you use internet explorer.

  Weaknesses: I can not tell if it misses any because I have spybot-search 7 destroy on the same computers

  Overall Evaluation: An excellent addition to add to spybot- search and destroy. I have used it on two computer with win 98 and 3 computer with XP and never had a problem with it.
