We'd all like a Spam-light diet, no? Security giant Symantec takes on the greasy stuff with Norton AntiSpam. This program works in any POP3 e-mail program by filtering mail on multiple levels. Norton AntiSpam adds spam-fighting functions to the toolbar of Outlook, Outlook Express, or Eudora. You can use it with Outlook to filter unwanted e-mail from spam magnets Hotmail and MSN Mail. In this version, you can now block spam in Yahoo mail as well.

And beyond spam? Norton AntiSpam blocks pop-up ads. LiveUpdate takes advantage of any time spent online to check for recent improvements.
