In the latest iteration of this wildly popular sim series, Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 sports a completely new graphics engine that allows you to have complete freedom of movement and to see your park from virtually any perspective. In addition to the classic "isometric" perspective (where you see everything from above, a slightly-angled third person point of view sometimes called "God's eye view"), Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 lets you zoom right down into the park itself. This demo version gives you a chance to try the new game engine out before you buy it.
