Description of FileAnt v20040904

If tabbed browsers are easier to work with than Internet Explorer, it stands to reason that a tabbed file manager would be easier to work with than Windows Explorer. FileAnt is a Windows file manager that lets you navigate with tabs. Avail yourself of thumbnail images, changeable background and font colors, and other configurable settings. With the advanced tools, you can sync folders, modify file dates, and change file attributes in large batches. Despite their differences, FileAnt and Explorer coexist happily.

Not only does FileAnt help you organize your PC, it contains an FTP client to let you transfer files to and from your PC. The FTP client's multidownload feature lets you keep browsing while uploading or downloading.
