Description of Microsoft Snapshot Viewer
Do you sometimes need to read a Microsoft Access report, but don't use Access enough to justify paying for the complete program? Snapshot Viewer is a program that you can use to view, print, and electronically mail a database report snapshot. It preserves the file's two-dimensional layout, graphics, and other embedded objects. You can create a report snapshot by using the Export command on the File menu. This viewer will work for snapshots created in both Access 97 and Access 2000.
You can view, print, store, publish, distribute, and archive a report snapshot without having a Microsoft Access license by using a combination of Snapshot Viewer and other programs such as Windows Explorer, an electronic mail program, or a Web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer.
