Description of AtomTime98 and Pro
Keep your system's clock from losing time with AtomTime. It synchronizes your PC's clock with one of the most accurate timepieces on the planet: the Atomic Clock timeserver in Boulder, Colorado. The utility can schedule automatic updates to your PC system clock to match the atomic clock; if the site is not responding, the program will access other timeservers for you. The only downside to the program: It may force you to start dreaming up new excuses for your tardiness.
You can download either the free Windows 98 version (atmtm22.exe) or the $12 Pro version (atpro31.exe). Pro works on a greater variety of operating systems, and it extends daylight savings time in non-U.S. time zones.
