Description of Harry's Filters
No matter how wonderful Photoshop is, you can always use just a little more. Harry's Filters is a plug-in (formerly known as VideoRave) that works with Photoshop and a number of other image editors. You can use the filters--Color, Patterns, and Noise, to name a few--for up to 69 different image effects, all without the fuss of the usual menus and dialog boxes. Effects include lightning, tornado, and polar lights.
This easy-to-use plug-in works on RGB and grayscale images. Thanks to an Instant Preview check box and options for saving and opening effect presets, using the effects can be a very quick process.
