Description of Norton Internet Security AntiSpyware Edition

Protect yourself from viruses and remove spyware with this utility. Norton Internet Security 2005 AntiSpyware Edition differs from rival programs in a number of ways. For one thing, it includes Norton AntiVirus, one of the oldest and most popular anti-virus programs. The program also blocks worms from entering your computer. The program detects and removes both spyware and adware, helpfully identifying non-threatening adware that's needed to run programs you want. The program's privacy control prevents personal information from being sent out without your knowledge. The utility's AntiSpam feature filters out unwanted email. Finally, the program offers a personal firewall that blocks Internet threats.

Note: The beta for this product has been discontinued, so the current version is shareware and costs $80 if you wish to register it.
