Description of Sudoku
You've seen Sudoku in the newspaper, and now you can play the popular logic puzzles on your computer. Pappocom's Sudoku creates the crossword-like logic puzzles that exercise your brain without trivia, spelling, or ambiguous crossword clues. All you need is your thinking cap and knowledge of the numbers 1 through 9 (you don't even have to know them in counting order). Fill in the missing numbers to complete boxes, columns, and rows so that each contains the numbers 1 through 9. It's a deceptively simple idea for a challenging game.
This Sudoku program generates nearly endless unique sudoku puzzles. It can create puzzles of different shapes and levels of difficulty. Playing Sudoku on the computer enables some handy extras, such as wrong-number alerts and "penciling" before deciding. If you'd rather play offline, Sudoku can generate puzzles for to print out.
Note: If it is not registered within 28 days, this program will cease working. Registering the program banishes all nag screens.
