  Duration of ownership: 4 Months

  Strengths: Not sure.

  Weaknesses: It continues to rate items as SPAM months after I have repeatedly identified the source as good.I have e-mailed them for for tech support on some issues I have had more than 2 months ago, and have received no response whatsoever.

  Overall Evaluation: Although I have been using this product since February 7, 2008, it continues to misidentify items whose source I have specified is 'GOOD' as SPAM. So far I have used the 'Training Arena' to categorize 30308 messages as 'GOOD' and 923 messages as 'SPAM'. If I had paid for this product, I would demand my money back. As a free product, I'm beginning to wonder if it has a hidden agenda, since it doesn't seem to do what it is intended to do.
