    Duration of ownership: 10 Months

    Strengths: Seems to work pretty well until you might need tech support .. Please see evaluation below

    Weaknesses: Absolutely NO TECH SUPPORT, regardless of the issue.

    Overall Evaluation: Beware … Getting tech support from LavaSoft is totally and completely impossible. They have email tech support only and 99% of emails sent in are never acknowledged, and those that are acknowledged offer No personal assistance. A question regarding a specific issue will routinely be answered with a totally unrelated response. They seem to have a decent product but if you need assistance or have a problem, just be prepared to uninstall the software and purchase one from someone else because that is exactly what you will end up doing.
