  Duration of ownership: 5 Years

  Strengths: Easy to understand what programs can be removed from your startup menu.

  Weaknesses: They cheat you on renewals and you can't contact them.

  Overall Evaluation: I liked the product, but I ordered renewals for both my computer and my wife's and paid double, but they did not allow me to get current updates. It was a total waste of money. And they cannot be contacted and don't respond. This is not a responsible company and is bad to deal with.

  Weaknesses: Complete lack of customer service.

  Overall Evaluation: While the product performs as advertised, numerous attempts to contact support, or anyone at the company have met with silence - no response. To me, support can make or break a product, and in this case it breaks the product. Indeed, my program stopped working at all and numerous attempts to get a hold of anyone via email to help me solve the problem have never been returned.

  Weaknesses: The free download is a total joke. everytime you click on a problem, it requires you to purchase the program to obtain the solution. As a result, it is impossible to determine whether or not the program is worth its price. I must assume that it isn't since they are constantly "hidding" behind the registeration requirement.

  Overall Evaluation: FREE DOWNLOAD IS A SCAM. DON'T BUY IT.
