Description of Advanced Call Center
Toss your bland answering machine aside for this software, which combines voice mail, paging, and call-filtering features. You can create greetings personalized for specific callers and send call notifications to your pager or voice messages over e-mail (using an attached sound file). Caller ID lets you see and hear who's calling via screen pop-ups, distinctive rings, and announcement of the caller's name through speech synthesis. Calls can also be filtered using a caller database, the call origin, or other parameters. This version fixes bugs from previous releases.
