This easy-to-use time-management utility is great for scheduling appointments, creating to-do lists, and keeping track of contact information. You can add notes to any entry you make, and you can organize your entries by assigning them a keyword, called an Overlay. I found this feature really helpful because it allowed me to sort my contact information into specific categories (business, personal, social). A color-coding option can help you organize and differentiate important numbers in your phone book. Drag-and-drop features let you transfer items from your to-do list to your calendar. An audible alert and a pop-up screen let you know when you have an appointment. You can also hit the snooze button and buy yourself some more time. A trial version of this program is worth checking out, but you'll have to shell out $45 to register it.

  Duration of ownership: 7 Years

  Strengths: Simple, easy to learn. Great FREE tech support. The owner is a great guy. They are also open to your suggestions. This software keeps me organized, sane, keeps me on schedule, and saves me time. It's indispensable. I've seen other contact managers, and none of them, not even the most expensive ones, comes close to this one. It's an incredible bargain.

  Weaknesses: I can't think of any!

  Overall Evaluation: Outstanding. I'm so grateful that I've had it all this time!
