Description of Photo Icons
Photo Icons is a 32-bit professional icon processing tool that allows you to create, modify, capture, and convert Windows icons from 16x16 to 96x96 in size at color depths up to 24-bit or true color. Photo Icons allows you to convert between 40 different image file formats. Photo Icons allows you to extract icons embedded inside DLL/EXE/ICL files and save them under ICO format. The software is also capable of creating multipage image files such as ICO, ANI, CUR, TIFF, and DCX to create animated pictures and to optimize the use of disk space. A screen capture utility is also provided so you can capture any area of the screen into an icon. For added convenience, a TWAIN interface is also available so you can import images from a scanner or digital camera directly into icons. Photo Icons can be used as an image format converter. The software supports more than 50 different image file formats including ICO, BMP, WMF, JPG, TIF, PNG, PCD, FPX, EPS, WPG, FAX, ICA, MAC, MSP, PCT, PCX, PSD, RAS, and TGA. Images/icons can be printed to any Windows-supported printers. You can even print icons embedded inside DLL/EXE/ICL files without having to extract them first. Photo Icons is the ultimate icon utility you ever need to create/modify photo-realistic icons.
