Description of WallCha

Easy to use program for changing your desktop wallpapers. You can select directory with images or manually select individual pictures. The program can make transparent background text of the desktop icons under 2k or 9x, can change the wallpaper with every windows start or every XX minutes. Sits on system tray and does its work silently.
