Do you need virus protection, but fear sacrificing the large amount of hard drive space that many programs demand? F-Prot Professional Anti-Virus Toolkit is a small, DOS-based application that scans your hard drive for malicious code, without slowing down your whole system to do it. You can automate and schedule scanning tasks, and it can also detect new viruses that have yet to be defined. It looks inside compressed files, as well as in Word documents and Excel workbooks.
