Description of Active@ UNERASER for DOS

Undelete software for DOS helps to recover deleted files on FAT, FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS partitions. Using this data recovery tool you can boot in DOS mode from boot floppy and access the existing and deleted files or folders.It can even restore lost files from deleted and re-formatted partitions. UNERASER supports localized, long filenames, compressed files, and creation of "Disk Images", Master Boot Record (MBR) Backups. You do not need to install any files on your systems hard drive, so there are no risks of overwriting data, which you want to recover. Important features: -Recover deleted files located on FAT and NTFS. -Recover compressed and fragmented files on NTFS. -Undelete files with long file names. -Undelete files with non-english filenames. -Create Drive Image - for backup purposes. -Unerase files from deleted partitions and logical drives . -Scan hard drives and displays deleted FAT and NTFS partitions and/or Logical Drives. -Backup MBR (Master Boot Record), Partition Table and Volume Boot Sectors. -Virtually restore MBR and Partition Table from backup for files and folders recovery. -View File and any sector contents in Hex/Text Viewer. -Support LBA mode for access to large hard drives. -Read and copy existing files from NTFS to FAT partition. You can also: -Keep this program on a bootable floopy disk due to its small size. -Display complete Physical and Logical Drive information. -Use it with ease: mostly with [ENTER], [ESC] and arrows keys.
