Description of ShutDown Now

This program offers more than ten ways to shut down Windows. But that's not all: With it you can also reboot the computer, log the current user on or off, set the computer into standby mode, and lock the display. After you shut down, you can force the computer to reboot into Windows 9x or MS-DOS. This version offers a remote shutdown option and hot-key functionality.
