Description of Panopticon Explorer .NET Learning Edition
If staring at a spreadsheet makes your eyes cross, try looking at your data a different way. Panopticon Explorer .NET converts data into colorful treemaps, graphic representations that can show you the most important information at a glance. You can set the program to represent one metric by size and another by color, and then watch your data convert to a graphical format. A quick look shows you that the items with the strongest color and largest size are the strongest in the qualities you specified. Mouseovers give more specifics.
Panopticon Explorer .NET's highly customizable views let you look at your data in a number of different ways--several colors at once, for instance. If one view doesn't show what you need to know, you can reassign a color or size to a different metric. You can save the graphics in several formats to add to slides or printouts.
