Overall Evaluation: This program could not be installed due to the "rar" file type. Attempt to get proper proper software to handle this file type required purchasing programs, which makes no sense for a freewhare download.

Weaknesses: Kinda scary for casual PC users.

Strengths: None
Weaknesses: No instructions. I highly recommend that you do not download this software until it has English instructions.
Overall Evaluation: Ice Sword is not for the novice user. If you don't have a degree in computer programming don't download this product. I could not understand how to use it because the instructions are in Chinese. It doesn't help to have English tools if you don't know how to use the tools or understand their purpose.
