Duration of ownership: 0 Years
Strengths: It has new and useful tools
Weaknesses: Since downloading the new version I do not email notices, I have done all their trouble shooting recommendations, their instructions are for the old toolbar, none for the new. Yahoo does not have a cusomter service email for this type of problem
Overall Evaluation: Poor customer service, toolbar troubleshooting needs updated to their new version.
